The cross-section of our finned tube is elliptical. Compared with circular tubes, the surface area of elliptical tubes is increased by 25-30%, so the heat exchange efficiency of elliptical finned tubes per unit area is 30-40% higher than that of ordinary circular tubes.
Compact Structure
Compared with circular tubes, the design of elliptical cross-section reduces the tube spacing of the finned tube by 15-20%, thereby reducing the volume of the overall heat exchanger by about 25-30%.
High Strength
Our elliptical finned tubes are made of high-strength aluminum alloy material with a tensile strength of 300-350MPa, which is much higher than the 180-220MPa of ordinary aluminum tubes. At the same time, the elliptical cross-section design increases the structural rigidity and improves the bending resistance of the tube by 40-50%.
