Raw Material Inspection:All incoming materials, including stainless steel tubes and fins, undergo rigorous chemical composition and mechanical quality testing to ensure they meet technical specifications.

Advanced Equipment, Precision Manufacturing:We utilize state-of-the-art production equipment, such as laser welding machines and CNC bending equipment, to ensure high precision and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

Laser Welding Quality Assurance: Our stainless steel finned tubes are produced using a laser fusion welding process with a penetration depth of ≤0.2mm. Each weld is rigorously inspected to ensure a strong weld and excellent thermal conductivity, far exceeding that of traditional high-frequency welded tubes.

Dimensional and Structural Accuracy: We monitor fin pitch (≤1.8mm) and fin thickness (≤0.5mm) to enhance heat dissipation and reduce material usage.

Process Testing and Monitoring: Each production stage is monitored by trained technicians using real-time data and digital tools to detect deviations early and maintain consistent quality.

Hydraulic and Pressure Testing:Finished products are tested using a MPa pressure testing machine to ensure there are no leaks or structural failures under actual operating conditions.

Surface and Cleanliness Inspection: All components are inspected for surface finish, weld integrity, and cleanliness. Our laser-welded finned tubes are wrinkle-free and easy to clean, meeting the hygienic requirements of applications such as food and pharmaceuticals.
