Strong Corrosion Resistance
The stainless steel fin radiator is made of 304 stainless steel and contains about 18% chromium. This element can form a dense chromium oxide protective film on its surface, effectively blocking the erosion of oxygen, moisture and various corrosive media. Therefore, in the chemical industry, the service life of stainless steel fin radiators is 3-5 times longer than that of ordinary carbon steel heat exchange equipment.
Efficient Heat Exchange
The stainless steel fin radiator increases the heat dissipation area to 4~6 times that of the flat radiator through the densely arranged fin structure, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency by about 30%-70%. This means that under the same heat source input conditions, the fin radiator can release heat to the air faster, thereby shortening the heating time and improving the equipment operation efficiency.
High Strength
The tensile strength of the stainless steel fin radiator is about 520 MPa and the yield strength is about 205 MPa, which is much higher than ordinary carbon steel. The pressure in equipment such as boilers or power plant condensers often reaches 1.6 MPa to 2.5 MPa. 304 stainless steel finned tubes can not only withstand these pressures, but also effectively cope with thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature fluctuations to prevent cracks.
