High Efficiency Heat Conduction
Steel-aluminum composite fin tube radiators use aluminum fins as the heat dissipation structure, and the thermal conductivity of aluminum is as high as 211.9 W/m·K. This means that heat can be transferred from the heat source through the base tube to the aluminum fins more quickly and diffuse into the air quickly. Therefore, under the same fin area, the heat transfer efficiency of aluminum fins is about 30%-50% higher than that of carbon steel fins.
Light Weight
The density of aluminum is about 2.7 g/cm³, which is only about one-third of that of steel. After using aluminum fins as the main heat dissipation structure, the steel-aluminum composite fin tube greatly reduces the overall weight, making it 40%-60% lighter than the radiator with all-steel structure. This feature makes our radiator not only easy to transport and install at high altitude, but also reduces the burden on the supporting structure.
Strong Structure
The steel-aluminum composite fin tube adopts cold rolling composite process during the manufacturing process, that is, the steel tube and aluminum fin are tightly combined without gaps under high pressure. Compared with mechanical winding or gluing, cold rolling has higher bonding strength and can effectively resist the delamination problem caused by thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring that the fins do not loosen or fall off.
